·                     To participate you must be 18 years or older unless we indicate otherwise.

·                     Employees of KJLA, Costa de Oro Inc., its sponsors or agencies, and agents or employees of other stations in the state of California and their families are not eligible to participate or to win.

·                     As a KJLA viewer, you have the chance to win once every 30 days.

·                     Only one winner per household.

·                     If the value of the prize is $600.00 or more, you will be eligible to participate just once every three months.

·                     All the prizes can be claimed at KJLA’s studios at 2323 Corinth Ave. West Los Angeles, CA 90064 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:30 pm.

·                     If the prize isn’t claim within 15 days after the promotion, you will lose the right to the prize.

·                     In case the prize or certificate has been sent by mail, it will be with previous approval in writing by the winner, in which case the winner assumes any responsibility.

·                     KJLA is not responsible for misplaced, lost or destroyed mail.

·                     The prizes can’t be transferred or exchanged for another prize or cash.

·                     The decisions taken by KJLA’s management regarding the promotions or contest are final.

·                     The payment of all federal, state and local taxes is the responsibility of the winner.

·                     It is the possibility of the winner to sign the form 1099 of the IRS or the equivalent.

·                     By participating in any of the promotions or contests, the winner agrees that his name, image and voice, can be used in publicities, announcements or promotions related with the contest or promotion.

·                     The winner must sign a permit of publication and agreement of responsibility before accepting any prize valuate in $600.00 or more.

·                     All the winners agree that KJLA, the corporation’s lawyer, the corporation and its management, partners, directors, employees, agents and representants, can’t be responsible for any lawsuit made directed or undirected by the participants.

·                     KJLA keeps the right to change or modify the rules or any contest or promotion and they will be in effect as soon as they are announced.

·                      The contest or promotion is void where prohibited.

·                     The participant will be disqualified if the rules of the contest or promotion are broken.

·                     It is not necessary to buy anything.
